• The Management Trainees(Technical) will be offered Basic Pay of ₹ 50,000/- p.m. in the pay scale of ₹ 50000-160000/-. On successful completion of training of one year, the Management Trainees (Technical) will be designated as Assistant Manager in E1 grade and placed in the scale of pay of ₹ 60000-180000/-.
• Besides Basic Pay, the Management Trainees (Technical) will also be paid Dearness Allowance. They will also be entitled for perquisites under cafeteria approach and benefits such as PF, Gratuity and other allowances as per rules of the Company in vogue. In addition, Company provides benefits like Leave encashment, Housing/HRA and free medical facility for self and dependents as per Company rules. CTC will be approximately Rs. 16-17 Lakhs per annum (excluding PRP, location based allowances etc.) at minimum of E-1 grade. Being direct recruitment on initial basic pay, the Company will not bear any liability on account of Salary/leave salary/ pension contribution etc., of previous employment, if any.

4. Fill Application : Fill in the online application form with personal, academic, and discipline-specific details (Engineering Degree).
5. Upload Documents : Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and necessary certificates in the specified format.
6. Pay Fee : Pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
7. Submit & Print : Submit the application and print the confirmation page for future reference.

Selection Process

• Computer-Based Test (CBT) : The initial screening consists of a 200-mark online exam, likely held between January and February 2026. It includes:
  • Part 1 : Domain Knowledge Test (100 marks).
  • Part 2 : Aptitude Test (100 marks) comprising Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness.
  • Note : A 50 percentile score for UR/EWS (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD) is required to qualify in both parts.
• Group Discussion (GD) & Interview (PI) : Shortlisted candidates (1:3 ratio) will be called for a GD and PI to assess communication skills, technical knowledge, and suitability.
• Medical Examination & Document Verification : Final selection is subject to document verification and meeting medical standards.
