Key Educational & Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification : 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent. Language Requirement : Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation (10th) or higher education. Age Limit : 18–42 years (as of 01.08.2024). Sports Eligibility : Valid Sports Gradation Certificate (ESP/OSP) as per Sports Department, Haryana policy dated 25.05.2018. CET : Candidates must be Common Eligibility Test (CET) Group-C qualified. Physical Standards : Minimum height and chest measurements apply for specific posts.
How to Apply

Registration/Login : If not already registered, candidates must register themselves using their CET details. Fill Application Form : Fill in all required information, including personal details, education, and sports achievements. Upload Documents : Upload the required documents, which include a valid Sports Gradation Certificate (as per the 2018 policy), educational qualification certificates, and matriculation certificate for DOB. Selection Process
Eligibility Check : Candidates must possess a valid Sports Gradation Certificate issued by the Haryana Sports Department, in accordance with the 25 May, 2018 policy. CET Qualification : Candidates must have cleared the Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group C posts. Physical Tests : Depending on the specific post (e.g., Police, Warden, Deputy Ranger), candidates may undergo Physical Measurement Tests (PMT) and Physical Screening Tests (PST). Knowledge Test/Written Exam : A written test is conducted to assess knowledge, with a focus on subjects relevant to the role. Document Verification : Original certificates, including sports performance, educational qualifications (10th/12th), and domicile, must be produced during scrutiny. Biometric Verification : The process includes capturing biometric data (fingerprint/facial) at various stages (examination, scrutiny, joining) to prevent impersonation. Socio-economic Criteria : Marks may be awarded based on socioeconomic criteria and experience, as per HSSC guidelines.
