Selection Process
Stage 1 : Screening Test : A preliminary written test (usually objective type) to shortlist candidates. Stage 2 : Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) : A descriptive or core-competency test evaluating the candidate's specific domain knowledge in Civil Engineering. Stage 3 : Interview : Candidates who qualify the SKT are called for a personal interview, which carries a specific weightage (typically 12.5% of the total merit). Stage 4 : Document Verification & Medical Exam : Final verification of original certificates, educational degrees, and medical fitness before final appointment.
