Essential Qualification & Experience

  • Educational : Degree in Law from a recognized Indian University (Plus +3 marks for this).
  • Shorthand : Proficiency in English Shorthand at 120 words per minute (wpm).
  • Typing : Knowledge of computer operation with a typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years' regular service as a Private Secretary, Senior PA, PA, or Senior Stenographer in Government/PSU/Statutory Bodies.

    • Dictation : 7 minutes @ 120 w.p.m..
    • Transcription : 45 minutes.
    • Max Marks : 100; Qualifying : 50.
    • 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
    • Max Marks : 100; Qualifying : 50 (General), 45 (Reserved).
    • Speed : Minimum 40 w.p.m. for 10 mins.
    • Errors Allowed : 2% (Gen), 3% (Reserved).
    • Max Marks : 20; Qualifying : 10 (Gen), 5 (Reserved).
  • Interview :
    • Max Marks : 30; Qualifying : 15 (Gen), 13 (Reserved).
