Forest Guard & Wildlife Guard	708	Mandatory Exam : You must have appeared for the UPSSSC PET 2025 and possess a valid scorecard. Shortlisting for the main written exam will be based on your PET score. Education : Passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board.
How to Apply
Registration/Login Go to the "Live Advertisement" segment on the homepage. Log in using your PET 2025 Registration Number. You can choose to log in via Personal Details (Name, DOB, Gender, Domicile) or via OTP sent to your registered mobile/email. Filling the Form Your basic details from the PET registration will be pre-filled. Enter your educational details (Intermediate roll number, year of passing, etc.). Select your post preferences (Forest Guard vs. Wildlife Guard). Photo & Signature The system typically uses the photo and signature already uploaded during your PET 2025 registration. Ensure they are clearly visible. Fee Payment Application Fee : All categories (General, OBC, EWS, SC, ST) must pay a processing fee of ₹25. Payment can be made via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI. Final Submission Review all details carefully. Submit the form and download/print the application receipt. You will need this for the Physical Test and Document Verification stages later.
Selection Process
Shortlisting : Selection is based on your UPSSSC PET 2025 normalized score. Main Written Exam : A 100-mark objective test (MCQs) covering subject knowledge, math/biology, computer/IT, and UP General Knowledge. Physical Standards Test (PST) : Verification of physical measurements like height and chest expansion to ensure you meet the department's requirements. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) : A grueling endurance test requiring a 25 km walk (for men) or 14 km walk (for women) while carrying a 10 kg weight within 4 hours. Medical Examination & Document Verification : Final health check-up and authentication of all educational and identity documents.
