Technical Officer : M.Sc. in Hospitality Administration/ Management (55% Marks). Technician : 10th Passed, ITI / Experience in Relevant Trade. Driver : 10th Passed, Valid LMV & HMV License with 03 Years Driving Experience.
How to Apply
Registration : Visit the official CSIR-CCMB website and navigate to the recruitment portal to register and fill out the online application form. Fee Payment : Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹500 (for UR/OBC/EWS candidates) via SBI Collect and record the transaction/UTR number in your online application. Online Submission : Complete all required fields, including educational and experience details, and submit the form online before the deadline of May 26, 2026 (11:59 PM). Printing & Signing : Download and print the computer-generated application form, then sign it in the designated space. Hard Copy Dispatch : Send the signed application form along with self-attested copies of all required documents (certificates, mark sheets, and experience letters) by post to the Section Officer (Recruitment Section), CSIR-CCMB, Hyderabad. Final Deadline : Ensure the hard copy reaches the institute on or before June 5, 2026 (06:00 PM) in an envelope superscribed with the post name and post code.
Selection Process
Step 1 : Screening : A Screening Committee reviews all online applications and hard copies to shortlist candidates based on criteria that may exceed minimum essential qualifications. Step 2 : Trade Test : Shortlisted candidates must pass a qualifying Trade Test designed to assess their practical skills in the relevant field; only those who pass proceed to the written exam. Step 3 : Competitive Written Examination : Eligible candidates sit for a multi-paper written exam, which includes subjects like Mental Ability and specific technical knowledge relevant to the post. Step 4 : Paper Evaluation : For Technical posts, Paper-II and Paper-III are only evaluated if the candidate meets a minimum threshold score in Paper-I (Mental Ability). Step 5 : Merit List Preparation : The final merit list is prepared strictly based on the marks obtained in Paper-II and Paper-III of the written competitive examination. Step 6 : Document Verification : Selected candidates must present original certificates, including educational qualifications, experience, and caste/category certificates, for final verification. Step 7 : Final Selection and Probation : Successful candidates receive a provisional appointment order and serve a specified probation period before final confirmation in the service.
