Signature : Should not be in capital letters. Left Thumb Impression. Handwritten Declaration : In English (not in capital letters). Fill Details : Enter your educational qualifications (Graduation/PG/CA as per post), professional experience, and preferred exam center. Preview : Carefully review your form using the "Preview" tab.
