Selection Process
Screening of Applications : Applications are initially screened based on the percentage of marks obtained in the Matriculation (10th) examination. Written Test : Shortlisted candidates must appear for a 100-mark objective test covering General Intelligence, General Awareness, English, and Logic/Reasoning. Practical Test : Candidates who pass the written exam undergo a qualifying practical test to demonstrate proficiency in handling PBX/EPABX exchange operations. Interview : A qualifying interview is conducted alongside the practical test to further assess candidate suitability. Merit List Formulation : Final selection is made strictly on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Test, provided the candidate has qualified in the Practical Test and Interview. Medical Examination : Candidates on the final merit list are directed to undergo a medical test as per government orders.
