How to Apply

• Download Handbook : Download and carefully read the Handbook of Information (HBI) from the official website or admission portal to confirm eligibility.

• Online Registration : Access the University Regular Admission Portal at https://iums.kuk.ac.in/anon_admissionHome.htm to begin the application.

• Select Programmes : Choose one or more desired programmes for which you are eligible.

• Fill Application: Enter all personal, address, category, and educational details accurately.

• Upload Documents : Attach required digital copies of testimonials for age, eligibility, and category verification.

• Submit Form : Review all entries and submit the form; note that once submitted, the application cannot be edited.

• Pay Fee : Pay the application processing fee (₹1200 for general, ₹300 for SC/BC/DA of Haryana) through online modes like Net Banking or UPI.

• Confirm Status : Verify the fee payment status is "OK" and print the confirmation page for your records.

• Monitor Merit Lists : Check the admission portal regularly for the display of merit lists starting from June 8, 2026.

• Document Verification : If your name appears on a merit list, visit the university for physical verification of original documents.

• Deposit Admission Fee : Pay the required admission dues/fees online by the specified deadline for that list to secure your seat.

• Mark Attendance (If Needed) : If not admitted in the first two lists, mark your attendance online between June 16 and June 18, 2026, to be considered for subsequent lists.

Selection Process

• Merit-Based Selection : For most programmes, selection is based on marks from your qualifying examination and applicable weightage.

• Entrance Exam (Specific Programmes) : Admission to the 4-year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) is based specifically on scores from the National Common Entrance Test (NCET).

• Merit List Publication : Check the university portal for the display of merit lists according to the prescribed admission schedule.

• Online Attendance (If Required) : If not selected in the first two lists, mark your online attendance and pay a nominal fee to be considered for the final and subsequent lists.

• Document Verification : Physically report for the verification of original documents as per the schedule for your assigned list.

• Fee Deposit : Complete the admission by depositing the required course fees and dues by the specified deadline for your merit list.
