Initiate Registration : Click on the "NEW REGISTRATION" button to start the process. Upload Required Photos : Provide a recent passport-size photograph (under 100kb in jpeg format). Submit Identification/Age Proof : Upload a scanned copy of your Matriculation/Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card. Upload Educational Qualifications : Provide scanned copies of your Final MBBS attempt certificate and Internship completion certificate. Submit Academic Scores : Upload your NEET PG entrance exam score card and PG Degree certificate (if applicable). Complete Online Payment : Pay the Rs. 200/- application processing fee via internet banking, credit, or debit card. Save Transaction Details : Record and save your online payment transaction number for all future inquiries. Prepare Interview Documents : Download and fill five copies of the Attestation Form from the website for the interview stage.
