Selection Process
Stage 1 : Physical Measurement Test (PMT) : Height (168 cm for General/OBC) and Chest (81-86 cm) screening. Stage 2 : Skill Test : A qualifying round to check your basic knowledge of the chosen instrument. Stage 3 : Band Performance Test (75 Marks) : Practical demonstration of musical skills before a panel. Stage 4 : Personal Interview (25 Marks) : Final assessment of suitability.
