You will need your Aadhaar number for biometric or OTP-based verification. Fill the Application : Locate the link for "Nursing Officer & Sister Tutor - 2026" under the "Online Form" section. Upload Documents : You must upload a scanned template containing: A recent passport-size photograph (with the date of the photo and candidate name printed on it). Your signature. A handwritten self-declaration in the prescribed format. Payment of Fee : General/Other State : ₹500 + ₹60 (Portal Charge) = ₹560 SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH (MP Residents) : ₹250 + ₹60 (Portal Charge) = ₹310 Payments can be made via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or through an MP Online Kiosk. Selection Process
Written Examination : Candidates must appear for a 100-mark Computer Based Test (CBT) covering technical nursing subjects (75 marks) and general subjects (25 marks). Normalization of Scores : Since the exam is held in multiple shifts, marks are normalized to ensure a fair evaluation across different paper sets. Minimum Qualifying Marks : Candidates must secure the category-specific minimum percentage (50% for Unreserved and 40% for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH) to be considered for the merit list. Merit List Preparation : A merit list is generated based on the normalized scores and the preferences for departments/posts submitted by the candidates. Document Verification : Top-ranked candidates are called to verify their original educational certificates, MP Nursing Council registration, and valid MP Rojgar Panjiyan (Employment Registration). Final Appointment : Selected candidates undergo a medical fitness test and character verification before receiving their official joining letters.
